The GE DC Power Connect Board DS200PCCAG9ACB was designed by General Electric to work with the Mark V DS200 series and serves as an interface between the drive and the SCR power bridge. The DS200PCCAG9ACB board contains multiple connectors that supply power and control signals that transmit and receive information to the drive. A critical task in the replacement procedure is to remove the cables from the board and reconnect them on the replacement board, as potentially lethal surface votlages may exist in the assembly of this Mark V Series product otherwise.
The GE General Electric Speedtronic Mark V Gas Turbine Control System is a version of GE's long series of highly reliable electro-hydraulic control (EHC) systems for Steam and Gas Turbine Control. The Mark V Gas Turbine Control System fulfills all gas turbine control requirements while providing a considerable level of reliability through advanced protections and multiple redundancies. The DS200PCCAG9ACB model is part of group nine, which operates on 630 volts in a regenerative state. In addition to this, this group nine variant of PCCA Power Connect Card Assembly has DC voltage snubbers exclusively, works assisted by the support offered by J and M-style frames, utilizes this SDCI Mark V Series power board, and adopts both a leg fuse and a leg reactor into its assembly. In terms of its bus transformer, this DS200PCCAG9ACB model of Power Connect Card Assembly is able to make use of either separate or common bus transformers, and the AC Volts accepted by this Mark V Series product are classified as less than or equal to 600 V rms.
